The series focuses this time on a renovation project in the heart of Montreal.

Its aim is to bring back to life in an original way, a city centre building in a state of neglect. The citizens must expend all their creative genius to turn their urban home into a place whose cutting edge and original design is harmony with the environment.

The citizens will have to comply with certain rules such as 13 weeks to meet the challenge, an extremely low budget, just one tank of petrol throughout the experiment, only one rubbish skip to get rid of their rubble as well as having to include environment friendly solutions into their project
