Close to the stars, season 2, brings us into a culinary contest organized by the French Association for the promotion of Haute Cuisine (APAHC).
For this second year of contest, there are seven apprentices who have been selected by the French hotel industry !
They are going to experience a unique training program by learning Haute Cuisine with four renowned Chefs who represent the haute cuisine’s excellency !
• Alain Dutournier chef ** of the Carré des Feuillants in Paris
• Yannick Alleno chef *** of the restaurant de l’hôtel Meurice in Paris
• Alain Llorca chef ** of the Moulin de Mougins in the Alpes-Maritimes
• Régis Marcon chef *** of restaurant Régis Marcon in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, in Haute-Loire
At the end of those four weeks of internship, the four best apprentices will be competing for the final in Paris, in front of a famous professional jury , composed of Joel Robuchon, Marc Haeberlin, Thierry marx and Marc Veyrat !
