Ariane Paré Le Gal and her father Gerald le Gal are taking us on an uncommon journey searching for Mother Nature’s offerings.

Going through forests, fields and coasts, our runners of the woods are inviting us to pick wild plants while informing us on their historical use, their medicinal qualities, the protection of the resources and their habitat.

Then father and daughter slip into their aprons to prepare their harvest. As they hike along, Ariane and Gérald venture off the beaten track to show us the tamed or wild nature of the most beautiful landscapes in Québec.
